WHAT: Lower taxes. Universal healthcare. Energy independence. If given the opportunity what message would you send to the next U.S. president? This November, stop by the Freedom Museum and find out what your fellow Americans had to say in the new temporary exhibit, I Wish to Say: An Installation by Sheryl Oring.

This year, New York-based artist Sheryl Oring and photographer Dhanraj Emanuel toured the country and invited passersby—in over 18 U.S. cities—to dictate a message to the next Commander in Chief. All 600 postcards and photos, displayed in the Freedom Museum, will be sent to the new president during his first couple months in office. Exhibition visitors are encouraged to type their own messages to the president on vintage typewriters included in the exhibit.
