McCORMICK FOUNDATION SUPPORTS ‘CHICAGO HELPS HAITI’
CHICAGO, January 20, 2010
The McCormick Foundation will be joining Chicago’s
broadcasting and print media, Hewitt Associates and the American Red Cross of Greater
Chicago in supporting the CHICAGO HELPS HAITI relief drive on Thursday, January 21.
The Foundation, based in Chicago, will match the first $1 million donated at 50 cents on
the dollar, up to a total match of $500,000.
“We know that the people of Chicago care deeply, and we are proud to be a part of our
home town’s special effort on behalf of our neighbors in Haiti,” said David Hiller,
McCormick Foundation President and Chief Executive Officer.
