Remainder Gifts

For giving a percentage of whatever remains in your estate after all expenses are paid and other specific gifts are made, please use:

“After settling all debts, expenses and other specific gift provisions, I give, bequeath and devise __ percent of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to FUND NAME, a Fund of the Robert R. McCormick Foundation (Tax ID Number 36-3689171), a charitable corporation presently having offices at 205. N. Michigan Ave., Suite 4300, Chicago, IL 60601.”
