Lee Henderson

Director

Lee joined the McCormick Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2022.

He is an assurance partner with 30 years of experience serving multinational public companies, as well as private emerging growth businesses.

His career began in San Jose before taking him to New York and later to London, where he spent four years as a client service partner and chief operating officer of EY’s UK and Ireland Assurance practice. In this role, he was responsible for strategic initiatives, board-level special projects, and client engagement.

Lee is a member of the EY’s US Governing Board, as well as the executive sponsor of the EY Entrepreneurs Access Network and the Strategic Growth Forum.

Previously, he served as the Americas EY Private Leader, guiding initiatives that support high-growth businesses.

Beyond his professional commitments, Lee is deeply invested in community service. He serves on the board of the Big Shoulders Fund, mentoring the next generation, and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. He has previously served on several other non-profit boards. Lee holds a BS in accounting from California State University, Hayward.
