Ava Schneider

Grants Manager

Ava Schneider is the Foundation’s Grants Manager, responsible for the design, implementation, and continual improvement of grantmaking processes. She also provides data analysis on trends, insights, and impact of the Foundation’s grantmaking in order to increase the Grantmaking Team’s effectiveness.

Ava has previously served as an Administrative Officer and then Grants Administrator at the Foundation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science and English from Case Western Reserve University, and a master’s in Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics & Assessment from the University of Illinois.
