Collaboration Focus

In 2025, the McCormick Foundation launched a collaboration with Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) to support workforce development on the South Side of Chicago, with a vision of spurring neighborhood revitalization in Greater Grand Crossing and surrounding South Side neighborhoods.

McCormick Match

The McCormick Foundation matches funds raised at 50 cents on the dollar. We pay all campaign and administrative expenses, so one hundred percent of all donations, plus the match is granted to qualified nonprofit organizations.

XChange Chicago

The Ernst & Young Workplace Development Fund primarily supports Xchange Chicago, an organization that leverages apprenticeship models to advance the training and development of on-ramps to technology careers. Xchange builds wraparound services for supportive on-ramps into careers and the development of business anchors in Greater Grand Crossing, with the goal of training and placing 100 individuals in new technology careers in 2025.
