Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for the strategic direction and governance of the McCormick Foundation and Cantigny Foundation. The original directors, all Tribune Company executives, were named in the Colonel’s will, which stated McCormick’s expectation that successor directors would be “persons of like ability and judgment with like understanding of my ideals and principles.”
